On July 29th, 1981 London experienced a fairytale wedding: In February 1981, after Buckingham Palace announced the official engagement of Lady Diana and Prince Charles, a magnificent wedding was held at St. Pauls Cathedral. About a billion people watched the ceremony on television. For Diana Spencer who had met Prince Charles during their work in a kindergarten a girl’s dream comes true.
